People when find no other way to beat the other's product in creative advertising, some frustration, little tension causes to adopt such ways. Afet car makers, its now turn of detergent brands to show their lack of creativity.
HUL has done something for which they cant be excused by advertising industry.
Noe that in the above video, TIDE is a product of P&G and RIN belongs to HUL. Though P&G has sued HUL for such ad, but if such type of unhealthy advertising continues, what would be the result. Though HUL claims, this all was started by tide, but I was not able to find any such ad by tide. Whoever started, but such trend is really dangerous to ad industry, and I am surely only few adopts such tricks, others believe in innovation.
